Balubhai B. Patel, a U.S. citizen and Overseas Citizen of India, is a proud founding member and the current president of the Global Foundation for Better Education, Health, and Environment. His life journey spans India, England, and the USA. Growing up in India, he developed a deep appreciation for the value of helping others, a passion that has guided him throughout his life.

With an educational background in accounting from England and entrepreneurial experience in the USA since 1979, Balubhai brings a dynamic perspective to his work. Committed to the foundation’s mission, he is dedicated to creating impactful initiatives that improve lives worldwide.

Snehal is a compassionate and dedicated individual committed to serving others. Inspired by the teachings of His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj — “In the joy of others lies our own” — he actively volunteers to create a positive impact in his community. As an invaluable contributor to BAPS, BAPS Charities, and NACC Disaster Services, Snehal’s tireless efforts reflect his unwavering commitment to helping those in need. He embodies the spirit of giving and serves as an inspiration to all.

Sanjay Thaker, a proud citizen of the United States and an Overseas Citizen of India, serves as the treasurer for the Global Foundation for Better Education, Health, and Environment. His life journey spans from India to the USA, where he cultivated a deep commitment to community service inspired by the values instilled during his upbringing in India. With a Master’s degree in business administration, Sanjay brings a strong foundation to support meaningful initiatives that benefit communities worldwide. Anchored by the foundation’s mission, he is dedicated to impactful projects and firmly believes in preserving Hindu dharma, recognizing its importance for collective prosperity.

Sanjay remains eager to contribute to community development in India, aligning his efforts with the vision and goals of the foundation.

Champak Patel, a U.S. citizen and Overseas Citizen of India, is a proud founding member of the Global Foundation for Better Education, Health, and Environment, which he established in 2016. He served as the foundation’s president for five years and currently contributes as an honorary member. With a lifelong passion for supporting the Indian community, instilled in him from a young age, Champak has made significant contributions locally and abroad. He served as a founding member and President of the Hindu Samaj of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a non-profit organization, and has coordinated numerous community projects in Kholvad, India. Committed to global service, Champak looks forward to contributing to communities in India and around the world.

Girish B. Desai, a U.S. citizen and Overseas Citizen of India, is a proud founding member and honorary member of the Global Foundation for Better Education, Health, and Environment. Guided by a lifelong passion for community service, he has contributed significantly to both Indian and American communities. In Bengaluru, India, he served as a board member of the Gujarati Brahma Samaj and an active member of the Vaisnav Samaj. After relocating to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he continued his service as a founding member, board member, and President of the Hindu Samaj of Baton Rouge, a non-profit organization. His deep involvement in Swadhyay activities has had a profound impact on his life and reinforced his belief in the preservation of Hindu dharma, summarized by the principle: Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitaha धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः Girish remains committed to exploring opportunities to serve communities in India, aligned with the foundation’s mission.

Jaimin Pandya is a proud founding member of GFEHE where he currently serves as an honorary member. Jaimin stays actively involved in community service, traveling and volunteering for social, religious, and senior community causes. He is guided by the belief that “Doing good to others out of compassion is good, but the Seva (Service) of all beings in the spirit of the Lord is better.” – Swami Vivekananda.
